If you do not access SSH on hosting servers, then you can also clear the cache by writing the following code in route file. Go to your web.php file and put below code for clear cache of your application :

//Remove config cache
Route::get('/clear-config-cache', function() {
    $clearCode = Artisan::call('config:cache');
    return 'Config cache has just been removed';
});

// Remove application cache
Route::get('/clear-app-cache', function() {
    $clearCode = Artisan::call('cache:clear');
    return 'Application cache has just been removed';
});

// Remove view cache
Route::get('/clear-view-cache', function() {
    $clearCode = Artisan::call('view:clear');
    return 'View cache has jut been removed';
});
